Wayne and Kathie are graduates of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with undergraduate degrees in Business Marketing. In addition, Wayne achieved an MBA degree from VCU and Kathie achieved the certification credential of Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute. Wayne and Kathie have each attained the Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR®), the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
